Commercial Back-Office Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Management and development of business inquiries with domestic and international customers and suppliers.
- Preparation of commercial quotations and technical proposals for overhead cranes, crane kits, and lifting spares.
- Order entry into corporate ERP, order tracking, and coordination with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Assistance in technical document management, shipping paperwork, and order milestone tracking.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in business, languages, or engineering/technical studies.
- Experience (including internships) in sales administration or purchasing within industrial/mechanical sectors.
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP management software.
- Good command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of an additional language is appreciated.
- Organizational accuracy, customer orientation, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Electromechanical Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
- Scheduled, preventive, and emergency electro-mechanical maintenance on overhead cranes and hoists.
- Troubleshooting, electrical diagnostics, and repair of control panels, frequency inverters, and radio remotes.
- Inspection, adjustment, and replacement of wire ropes, hooks, mechanical brakes, wheels, and gearmotors.
- Completion of service reports and statutory updates to the crane equipment safety logbook.
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or qualification in electromechanics, electrical engineering, or mechanics.
- Practical experience in industrial plant maintenance or overhead lifting equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings.
- Fitness for working at heights (MEWPs) and valid driving license (local daily service calls).
- High reliability, problem-solving mindset, and unwavering commitment to workplace safety.
Welder-Fabricator (SMAW / GMAW)
Responsibilities:
- Fabrication, tacking, and assembly of main bridge crane girders (single girder and box-type double girder).
- Structural welding with shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) and MIG/MAG on medium to heavy steel thicknesses.
- Edge preparation, plasma/oxy-fuel cutting, grinding, and weld dressing compliant with welding procedure specs (WPS).
- Visual and dimensional inspection of steel structures conforming to EN 1090 execution standards.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as steel fabricator and structural welder, proficient in electrode stick welding.
- Autonomous reading of structural steel engineering blueprints and international welding symbols.
- Valid welding qualification / certs (or readiness to renew/certify paid by the company).
- Execution precision, meticulous attention to joint quality, and strict compliance with health & safety standards.
